- One hour of glow sticks, disco lights, non-stop party anthems, letting your hair down, singing at the top of your lungs, dancing your heart out, endorphin-flowing booty-shaking exercise-in-disguise FUN!

Private ladies nights can be held Friday or Saturday nights, from 6pm - 7pm or 7pm - 8pm. Subject to venue availability, so please let me know 2-3 dates that will work for your group & I will get back to you with the winner.

Once we have an agreed day & time, a private booking link will be sent. Your ladies night booking will be confirmed & venue secured once payment is received (debit card required). All participants are required to complete a Clubbercise health & safety questionnaire before the night. I can't wait to party with you!
